The business card that ships updates

Account executives, solution architects and partner managers meet hundreds of people at a conference like GITEX. A Nexus card opens your live profile with a demo booking link, your product deck and your LinkedIn, so the next step is booked before the badge scan is forgotten.

Where paper cards fall short

  1. Titles change every quarter

Reorgs, new territories, a promotion from SE to solutions lead. In tech, a printed title is out of date before the box is empty.

  2. A card can't book a demo

The interest peaks at the booth. A paper card means the prospect has to type your email later, find your calendar link and remember why they cared.

  3. Badge scans and cards end up in different places

After a three-day event, half the leads sit in a spreadsheet from the organiser and half in a stack of cards on someone's desk. Neither reaches the CRM on time.

How Nexus helps

  • A demo booking front and centre

Add a Booking card for Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google appointment schedules, Microsoft Bookings or Zoho Bookings, or lead with a trial sign-up or partner portal. Demos booked through Cal.com, or Calendly on a paid Calendly plan, appear in your Nexus Meetings dashboard with the person added to contacts.

  • Product decks and datasheets on tap

Attach the product overview, integration datasheet or partner programme as PDFs, and add a product video. The buyer has the material before they leave the booth.

  • GitHub, LinkedIn and the rest

Social icons for LinkedIn, GitHub, X and more sit under your name. Engineers and developer advocates can lead with code, sales can lead with LinkedIn.

  • Edit once, every card updates

New role, new region, new product name: change it in the dashboard and every card you've ever handed out shows the update. The card's link is permanent.

  • Leads straight into your pipeline

Exchange and lead forms collect the visitor's details, and lead enrichment looks up their company and role on the public web, with sources. Sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or monday.com, push through Zapier or Make, or send to your own stack with signed webhooks.

  • Analytics without tracking cookies

See views, taps, QR scans, saves and link clicks per profile, plus a city-level map, without tracking cookies or stored IP addresses.

A day with Nexus

Day one at a tech conference

  1. 09:30

    Partner breakfast

A distributor's channel manager wants to talk about reselling your platform. You tap your card on his phone. He opens your partner programme PDF while the coffee arrives.

  2. 12:00

    Booth demo

An IT director at a bank watches the demo and asks for a proper session with her team. She taps your card and books a slot from the Booking card at the top of your profile. It's in your Meetings dashboard before she reaches the next stand.

  3. 16:00

    Hallway with a developer

A developer from a systems integrator asks about your API. You tap; he finds your GitHub and the integration datasheet, and sends his details back with Exchange.

  4. 19:00

    Back at the hotel

Every new contact is already in Salesforce. You enrich the three most promising with their company and role, check which links got clicked most and update your profile with tomorrow's talk time.

What you get

  • Booking card for demos, plus a Meetings dashboard
  • Product decks, datasheets and partner PDFs

For the whole company

Run every rep's card like the rest of your stack

On Teams, set up a company template with locked branding and shared links, then import your roster from a spreadsheet. Give departments their own managers, set per-person access rules and route profile changes through approvals. A card pool covers new hires and replacements. When someone leaves, offboarding returns their card to the pool and keeps the contacts they collected with the company.

Questions people ask

Can I put a Calendly or HubSpot meetings link on my profile?
Yes. The Booking card works with Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google appointment schedules, Microsoft Bookings and Zoho Bookings, and Calendly, HubSpot and TidyCal open inside your profile. Any other link can be a button too.
Does Nexus integrate with our CRM?
Contacts sync natively to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com. For other systems, use Zapier, Make or signed webhooks, or export a CSV. Integrations are included on Pro and Teams. See pricing.
We reorganise often. What happens to the cards?
Nothing needs reprinting. Update titles, teams and links in the dashboard and every card shows the change. Cards can also be re-pointed to another person's profile.
How do you handle visitor data?
Analytics use no tracking cookies and store no IP addresses. Contact details are encrypted field by field with AES-256-GCM and hosted in the EU. Details are on our security page.
Do people need an app to open my profile?
No. A tap on any modern iPhone or Android phone opens the profile in the browser, and the QR code on every card covers older phones. More in our guide to how NFC business cards work.
