Real estate

The card that shows the property, not just your number

A buyer taps your card at the open house and your profile opens on their phone: your WhatsApp, your current listings, a link to book a viewing and a Save contact button. No app, no typing. When the listing sells, you change the link, not the card.

A sample profile for this industry

Where paper cards fall short

  1. Paper cards don't show the listing

A buyer at an open house wants the floor plan, the payment plan and the other units in the building. A paper card gives them a phone number and asks them to remember why they wanted it.

  2. Expo stands burn through boxes

At a property show like Cityscape you hand out cards all day and come home with a handful of names scribbled on the back of other people's cards. Most of the people you spoke to never send a message.

  3. When an agent leaves, the clients leave too

Agents move between brokerages often. The buyers and landlords they met are saved in their personal phone, and the brokerage has no record of who they spoke to or what was promised.

How Nexus helps

  • Your listings one tap away

Add links to your current listings, a brochure or floor plan as a PDF, a walkthrough video and an image carousel of the property. Swap them as units sell, and every card you have already handed out shows the new ones.

  • WhatsApp first, the way buyers want it

Put WhatsApp at the top of your profile so the buyer messages you before they leave the viewing. The Save contact button adds your name, number and brokerage to their phone in one tap.

  • Capture the buyer, not just their interest

With Exchange, a visitor sends their name, number and email back to you from your profile. Add a lead form that asks what they're looking for: budget, area, bedrooms, ready or off-plan. When another agent or a buyer hands you a paper card at an expo, photograph it and it becomes a contact, Arabic and English cards included.

  • Book the viewing, take the deposit

A Booking card for Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google appointment schedules, Microsoft Bookings or Zoho Bookings lets a buyer pick a viewing slot from your profile; Calendly, HubSpot and TidyCal open right inside it. A Pay button takes a reservation deposit through your own Stripe Payment Link, PayPal or a Gulf provider such as Tap, Ziina or Mamo. The money goes straight to you or the brokerage.

  • See which conversations are warm

Analytics show taps, QR scans, contact saves and which links people opened, so you know who looked at the payment plan twice. Lead enrichment looks up an investor's company and role on the public web, with sources, before you call. No tracking cookies.

  • Arabic and English, side by side

Build your profile in English and Arabic, with Arabic set right to left. Useful in Dubai, Riyadh and Muscat, and with overseas buyers looking at property in the Gulf.

A day with Nexus

A Saturday with an open house

  1. 9:30

Updating the profile in the car

The two-bed on the 14th floor went under offer last night. You replace its link with this morning's open house, a three-bed with a sea view, and add the floor plan PDF.

  2. 11:00

    The open house

A couple walk through, ask about service charges and want the payment plan. They tap your card, open the PDF and send you their details with Exchange before they reach the lift.

  3. 14:00

    Messages before lunch is over

They message you on WhatsApp from your profile and book a second viewing for Tuesday from the Booking card. You use Cal.com, so the viewing appears in your Nexus Meetings dashboard and they're already in your contacts.

  4. 18:00

Following up with the right people

You check today's activity: six new contacts, three opened the payment plan. The paper card an investor handed you at the door is in your contacts too, photographed in the lift. You call those four first and send the rest the brochure for a similar unit.

For the whole company

Run every agent's card from the brokerage

On the Teams plan the brokerage sets one template with your logo, colours, licence details and office address, and locks it. Agents add their own photo, number and listings. Put agents in departments by area or by sales and leasing, with a manager for each. Order cards for the whole office, assign them from a card pool and reassign them when someone new joins. When an agent leaves, offboarding sends their card back to the pool and the buyers and landlords they collected stay with the brokerage.

Questions people ask

Do buyers need an app to open my card?
No. Modern iPhones and Android phones read the card with NFC and open your profile in the browser. Older phones scan the QR code printed on the card.
Can I change the listings after I've handed out cards?
Yes, as often as you like. Every card points to a permanent link, so changes you make in the dashboard show up on every card straight away.
What happens to my contacts if I move to another brokerage?
It depends who owns the account. On your own Starter or Pro plan the contacts are yours. On a brokerage's Teams plan, the contacts collected under the company belong to the company, which is how most brokerages want it.
Can buyers pay a deposit from my profile?
Yes. Add a Pay button linked to your own Stripe Payment Link, PayPal or a Gulf provider such as Tap, Ziina, Mamo, PayTabs, Telr or Thawani. The buyer pays that provider directly and the money goes to you or the brokerage. Nexus never handles it.
Can I collect buyer details at a property expo?
Yes. Visitors send their details with Exchange, or fill in a lead form on Pro and Teams. On every plan you can also photograph the paper cards agents and buyers hand you, Arabic and English included, and enrich a contact with their company and role from the public web. Everything lands in your contact list, which you can export as CSV or sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and other CRMs.
