Nexus Enterprise

Every handshake, owned by the company.

Give every employee a branded card and a live profile. Nexus captures every lead they meet, books the next meeting, takes the deposit and syncs your CRM. It's connected to your identity provider from day one, and everything stays with the company when people move on.

Built by HexaFlow, with offices in Dubai, London, Muscat and Riyadh.

The whole employee lifecycle

From first day to last, nothing slips.

Paper cards stop working the day they're printed, and they leave with the person who carries them. Nexus follows each employee from joining to leaving, and the company keeps every relationship they build.

  1. 01

    Joins

Your directory adds them through SCIM. They sign in with your SSO and get a profile on the company template and a card from the pool.

    SCIM · SSO

  2. 02

    Represents you

Logo, colours, company details and shared links are locked. They add their photo, role and phone; edits to approval areas wait for their manager.

    Templates · approvals

  3. 03

    Meets people

One tap shares their profile. Visitors send their details back or fill in a lead form, and paper cards they're handed are scanned in seconds.

    Exchange · scanner

  4. 04

    Follows up

Leads are enriched with company and role and synced to your CRM. Prospects book a meeting or pay a deposit straight from the profile.

  5. 05

    Moves on

Deactivate them in your directory and offboarding runs: access ends, the card returns to the pool, the profile forwards, and every contact stays with the company.

Use cases

Built around how your teams actually meet people.

Same platform, different moments. Here's how companies put Nexus to work.

Your whole stand, in your CRM before the doors close.

Visitors tap a rep's card and send their details back with Exchange or a lead form. Paper cards are photographed and become contacts. Each lead is enriched and lands in your CRM with the rep's notes, so the follow-up starts that evening, not next week.

  • Exchange, lead forms and the paper card scanner on every rep's phone
  • Leads synced to Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or monday.com
  • Team analytics per person: taps, saves and new contacts

Identity and security

Plugs into your identity provider. Ready for your security review.

Everything IT and legal ask about, written down and switched on.

  • Single sign-on

SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or any compliant provider, and Google Workspace through SAML, on a domain you verify with DNS.

  • SCIM directory sync

People are added from your directory. Deactivate someone and access ends, their card returns to the pool and their contacts stay with you.

  • Company sign-in rules

Require SSO or two-step verification for everyone. Owners and admins keep a fallback so a broken identity provider never locks you out.

  • Passkeys

Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key instead of a password.

  • Adaptive sign-in protection

New-device alerts, and an emailed code for risky password sign-ins. Devices are recognised without storing IP addresses.

  • Encrypted field by field

AES-256-GCM on contact details, lead submissions and integration tokens, on top of encryption in transit with HSTS.

  • Audit log

Security-relevant actions are recorded: sign-in changes, role changes, offboarding and more.

  • Private analytics

No tracking cookies and no IP addresses stored for analytics. Export and deletion on request, with a DPA for your legal team.

We don't claim certifications we don't hold. Our security page and DPA set out exactly what we do.

Governance

Brand control, without becoming the bottleneck.

Set the rules once. Managers approve what matters, and everyone else gets on with meeting people.

  • Locked brand templates

Choose which fields are fixed: logo, colours, cover, company name, address, shared links.

  • Departments and managers

Group people by team or region and let managers look after their own people.

  • Per-person access

Decide who can edit what, and who can see contacts and analytics, person by person.

  • Approvals

Changes to sensitive areas wait for approval before they go live.

  • Company card pool

Assign, reassign, block and replace cards, with a full history of who had each one.

  • Roster import

Add the whole company from a spreadsheet, departments and managers included.

Integrations

Every lead goes where your team already works.

Rollout

Four steps to launch day.

We plan the rollout with you, so launch day is just handing out cards.

  1. 1

    Plan

Agree the template, the locked fields, card materials and who approves what.

  2. 2

    Connect

Verify your domain, connect SSO and SCIM, and link your CRM.

  3. 3

    Import and order

Import the roster from a spreadsheet and order cards straight into the company pool.

  4. 4

    Launch

People activate their cards in under a minute. Contacts and analytics start flowing to the company.

Enterprise questions

How is Enterprise different from Teams?
It's the same product. Enterprise is for larger organisations that want pricing for their headcount and a rollout planned with us. Single sign-on, SCIM and the six CRM integrations are already included in Teams.
Which identity providers work with Nexus?
Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, with SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect, Google Workspace through SAML, and any other provider that supports either. SCIM 2.0 directory sync works with providers that support it, such as Okta and Entra ID.
What happens to contacts when someone leaves?
They stay with the company. Offboarding ends the person's access, returns their card to the pool, archives or forwards their profile, and keeps every contact they collected.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No, and we don't claim to be. We use field-level AES-256-GCM encryption, TLS with HSTS, hashed passwords, audit logs and privacy-first analytics, and we sign a DPA. The security page lists every subprocessor.
Where is our data stored?
In our primary data region, European Union. The database, backups and uploaded files stay there.
How do payments on profiles work?
Each Pay button links to your own Stripe, PayPal or regional provider (Tap, Ziina, Mamo, PayTabs, Telr or Thawani). The customer pays your company directly; Nexus never touches the money.
