Sales teams

Every handshake becomes a contact in your CRM

Your rep taps their card, the prospect saves the contact and sends their details back. The new lead goes straight to HubSpot, Salesforce or your own system, every profile carries your brand, and the pipeline stays with the company when a rep moves on.

A sample profile for this industry

Where paper cards fall short

  1. Leads die between the meeting and the CRM

A rep collects cards at a client meeting or industry dinner, means to type them in, and doesn't. The prospect never gets a follow-up, and the CRM never knows they existed.

  2. Every rep's card looks a bit different

Old logos, outdated titles, personal email addresses and a mobile number from two jobs ago. Paper cards drift off brand, and reordering for a team of forty is a project in itself.

  3. Reps leave and take the pipeline

Salespeople change jobs. Their prospects are in their phone and their inbox. The company keeps paying for the deal that walks out the door with them.

How Nexus helps

  • Contacts into the CRM as they arrive

Each new contact can sync natively to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or monday.com, go through Zapier or Make to other tools, or reach your own system through signed webhooks. CSV export is there too.

  • Every prospect captured, paper cards included

With Exchange, the person your rep meets sends their details back in a few seconds. If they hand over a paper card instead, the rep photographs it and it becomes a contact. Lead enrichment then looks up the contact's company and role on the public web, with sources. Scanning and enrichment are on every plan and use credits, with some included each month.

  • Locked branding, personal details

Set one company template with your logo, colours, website and shared links, and lock it. Reps add their own photo, title and number, so every profile is on brand without policing.

  • Manager visibility with team analytics

See taps, saves, link clicks and new contacts across the team and for each rep. Department managers see their own team. No tracking cookies, no IP addresses stored.

  • Offboarding that keeps the contacts

When a rep leaves, their card goes back to the pool, their profile can forward to a colleague, and the contacts they collected stay with the company.

  • Demos booked from the profile

Add a Booking card for Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google appointment schedules, Microsoft Bookings or Zoho Bookings next to your case studies and deck. Meetings booked through Cal.com, or Calendly on a paid Calendly plan, appear in your Nexus Meetings dashboard, and the person is added to your contacts.

A day with Nexus

A week in the life of a regional sales team

  1. Monday

    New rep, live by lunch

A new account executive starts. The admin assigns a card from the pool; she activates it, adds her photo and title, and the company template does the rest.

  2. Wednesday

    The client lunch

A rep meets an operations director and two of her team. Two tap his card and send their details back; the third hands over a paper card, which he photographs. By the time he's in the taxi, all three are in Salesforce.

  3. Thursday

    The pipeline review

The sales director opens team analytics: which reps are sharing, how many new contacts each brought in, and which links prospects opened. The new pricing deck is getting views, and two prospects from Wednesday have already booked demos from the rep's profile.

  4. Friday

    A rep moves on

A senior rep hands in his notice. The admin offboards him: his card returns to the pool, his profile forwards to his successor, and every contact he collected stays in the company list.

For the whole company

Roll out to the whole sales floor

Import your team from a spreadsheet, set the company template and decide what each person can change. Order cards in PVC, wood or metal for everyone at once, and run them from a card pool. Teams starts from three seats; see pricing and Nexus for teams.

Questions people ask

Which CRMs does Nexus work with?
Nexus syncs contacts natively to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com. For other tools, use Zapier or Make, or send contacts to your own system with signed webhooks. You can also export contacts as CSV at any time.
Who owns the contacts a rep collects?
On the Teams plan, contacts collected under the company belong to the company. When a rep leaves, offboarding keeps them in the company's list.
Can managers see their team's activity?
Yes. Team analytics show taps, saves, link clicks and new contacts for the whole company and for each person. Department managers see the people in their department.
Can reps scan the paper cards prospects give them?
Yes, on every plan. A rep photographs a paper card and it becomes a contact, Arabic and English cards included. Lead enrichment can then add the contact's company and role from the public web, with sources. Both use credits, and every plan includes some each month.
Is our data secure?
Contact data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, passkeys and single sign-on, and admin actions are recorded in audit logs. Read more on our security page.
