Booking, directions and your details in one tap

A patient taps your card at reception and your profile opens on their phone: a link to book the next appointment, the clinic on a map, your opening hours and a Save contact button. Built for clinics, doctors, dentists and medical reps.

Where paper cards fall short

  1. Appointment cards get lost

A patient leaves with a paper card and a handwritten date. By the time they need to rebook, the card is gone and they search for the clinic again, sometimes finding a different one.

  2. Details change, the cards don't

A doctor moves to a new branch, the clinic changes its booking system or adds a second number. Every box of printed cards becomes out of date and someone has to reorder them.

  3. Reps hand out cards that go nowhere

Medical reps visit busy clinics and stand at conferences where every conversation is short. A paper card left at the front desk rarely reaches the person who needed it, and the rep never knows.

How Nexus helps

  • Book the next consultation from the card

Add a Booking card for the scheduling tool you already use: Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google appointment schedules, Microsoft Bookings or Zoho Bookings. Patients choose a time from their phone. If you change systems, change it once and every card keeps working.

  • Find the clinic without calling

Add the clinic address with a map link, parking notes, opening hours and the phone number for reception. Patients save it all to their phone with the Save contact button.

  • Take a deposit before the visit

A Pay button links to your own Stripe Payment Link, PayPal or a Gulf provider such as Tap, Ziina, Mamo, PayTabs, Telr or Thawani, so a patient can pay a booking deposit or consultation fee from your profile. The money goes straight to the clinic; Nexus never handles it. Booking tools such as Calendly can also collect payment while booking.

  • Share the right information as a file

Attach PDFs such as a clinic brochure, price list, insurance partners or what to bring to a first visit. You control what's there and can update it at any time.

  • Reps who know what was opened

Medical reps can link product information and event material, collect contact details with Exchange or a lead form, and photograph the paper cards doctors hand them, Arabic and English included. Contacts sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other CRMs on Pro and Teams.

  • Careful with personal data

Contact details people send you are encrypted at rest field by field with AES-256-GCM, and analytics use no tracking cookies and store no IP addresses. Read how on our security page.

A day with Nexus

A day at a dental clinic

  1. 8:00

    Before the first patient

The clinic has added a new hygienist and changed its Saturday hours. The practice manager updates the clinic profile in the dashboard, and every card at reception shows the change.

  2. 10:30

    At reception

A patient finishing a check-up taps the clinic card, books a whitening consultation from the Booking card and pays the deposit with the Pay button, straight to the clinic's own Stripe account. The address and reception number are saved to their phone.

  3. 13:00

A visit from a supplier rep

A rep for a dental supplier stops by. The dentist taps the rep's card, saves their contact and opens the product sheet. The rep photographs the dentist's paper card, so the clinic is in her contacts before she leaves.

  4. 17:30

    End of the day

Two patients left reviews from the link on the card. A referring GP who met the dentist at a study day sent their details through Exchange, and the practice manager follows up.

For the whole company

One look for every clinician and branch

On the Teams plan a clinic group sets one template with its logo, colours and booking link, and locks it so every doctor's profile stays consistent. Put clinicians in departments by branch or speciality, with a manager for each, and decide who can change what. Profile changes can go through approval before they go live. Cards come from a shared pool: assign one to a new doctor, block a lost one and replace it. When someone leaves, their card goes back to the pool, their profile can forward to the clinic, and the contacts they collected stay with the practice.

Questions people ask

Is Nexus suitable for patient records?
No. Nexus is for sharing contact details, booking links and clinic information. Don't use it to store medical records or clinical notes. Use your clinic's own patient management system for that.
Do patients need an app?
No. Modern iPhones and Android phones read the card with NFC and open the profile in the browser. Older phones scan the QR code on the card.
Can I link to the booking system we already use?
Yes. The Booking card works with Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google appointment schedules, Microsoft Bookings and Zoho Bookings, and any other booking page can be a button. You can add a Pay button for deposits through your own Stripe or PayPal; the money goes to the clinic, not through Nexus.
Can medical reps use Nexus at conferences?
Yes. Reps share their profile with a tap, collect contacts with Exchange or a lead form, scan the paper cards they're given, and on Pro and Teams send contacts to their CRM, Zapier, Make or a webhook. Our conference networking guide has more ideas.
Where is the data stored?
The application, database and files are hosted in the EU. Contact details are encrypted at rest, and you can export or delete your data on request. See security.
