Nexus vs Mobilo

Microsoft sign-in, Entra sync and Dynamics 365, without a Zapier step

Your people sign in with Microsoft Entra, leavers are offboarded when they're deactivated in your directory, and every contact they collect syncs natively to Dynamics 365. If part of the company runs on Okta or Google Workspace, Nexus works with those too.

The short answer

For Microsoft-first companies, Nexus connects to your stack directly

Mobilo offers low subscriptions, cards in PVC, wood, metal and paper, a paper card scanner and enrichment on every plan, and an Azure Active Directory integration with Microsoft SSO switched on by its support team. Nexus Teams gives you Microsoft Entra SSO by SAML or OpenID Connect, SCIM directory sync that runs offboarding automatically, native Microsoft Dynamics 365 sync and Microsoft Bookings on every profile. Mobilo connects to CRMs through Zapier and doesn't name native CRM integrations on its pricing page. If your sales team lives in Dynamics and your IT team lives in Entra, choose Nexus.

Everything in Nexus

One platform to share, capture and follow up

Nexus isn't just a card and it isn't just a link. It's both, plus everything that happens after someone meets you.

  • Share without a card

Your profile is a live link. Send it in a message, put it in your bio, show the QR code or add it to Apple and Google Wallet.

  • NFC cards when you want them

PVC, wood or metal. One tap on any modern phone opens your profile, no app. Every card can be re-pointed later.

  • Capture every contact

Save contact, Exchange, lead forms, and a scanner that turns a paper business card into a contact in seconds.

  • Know who you met

Lead enrichment looks up a contact's company and role on the public web, with the sources shown.

  • Get booked and paid

Booking and Pay buttons on your profile, with meetings from Cal.com and Calendly tracked in Nexus.

  • Straight into your CRM

Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, plus Zapier, Make and webhooks.

  • Run it for the whole company

Brand templates, a card pool, approvals and offboarding, with single sign-on, SCIM directory sync and passkeys.

  • Private by design

No tracking cookies, no IP addresses stored, encrypted contact data and EU hosting. Arabic and English profiles.

Nexus is made by HexaFlow, a software company founded in 2019 with offices in Dubai, London, Muscat and Riyadh.

What's actually different

  1. 01

Native Dynamics 365, not a Zapier step

Contacts your people collect sync straight into Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, with no automation to build or maintain. Mobilo connects to CRMs through Zapier. More for sales teams.

  2. 02

Directory changes that run offboarding for you

Connect SCIM from Microsoft Entra and deactivating someone runs offboarding automatically: their cards return to the pool, their profile is archived or forwarded, and the company keeps their contacts. See Nexus for teams.

  3. 03

    Microsoft Bookings on every profile

Add a Booking card for Microsoft Bookings so anyone who taps a card can book time straight away. Prefer Calendly, Cal.com or HubSpot Meetings? Those work too, and Cal.com and paid Calendly bookings appear in your Nexus Meetings dashboard. See pricing.

  4. 04

    Mixed identity is fine

Not everyone on Entra? Nexus also supports Okta and Google Workspace sign-in, with required two-step verification, passkeys and an email code for risky sign-ins. Read our security page.

  5. 05

    Arabic profiles for Gulf offices

Teams in the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia get Arabic and English profiles with proper right-to-left layout, and a paper card scanner that reads Arabic cards. Mobilo doesn't state language support. Browse the templates.

When Nexus is the better fit

Your company runs on Microsoft and you want cards that fit into it: Entra sign-in, SCIM from your directory, native Dynamics 365 sync and Microsoft Bookings on every profile. Admins get locked brand templates, approvals and a card pool they can reassign, and offboarding keeps the company's contacts. Teams is $8 per seat/month ($6 billed yearly) from three seats, with SSO and SCIM included; see Nexus for teams.

Questions people ask

Does Nexus work with Microsoft Entra?
Yes, on Teams. Members sign in with Microsoft Entra by SAML or OpenID Connect, and SCIM keeps Nexus in step with your directory: deactivate someone in Entra and offboarding runs automatically.
Does Nexus sync with Dynamics 365?
Yes, natively. Nexus also syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, and connects to anything else through Zapier, Make or signed webhooks.
Is there a Microsoft Teams app?
No. Nexus connects to Microsoft through Entra sign-in, SCIM directory sync, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Bookings. Your profile link can be shared in any Teams chat or Outlook email.
Can we reuse cards when someone leaves?
Yes. Company cards sit in a pool you can assign, reassign, block and replace, and offboarding sends a leaver's cards back to it. Every card can also be re-pointed to another profile.
Is Nexus SOC 2 certified?
No. Mobilo states SOC 2 on its pages; Nexus doesn't claim any certification. We use TLS/HSTS, AES-256-GCM field-level encryption, hashed passwords, breached-password checks, passkeys, audit logs and EU hosting, all described on our security page.
