Nexus vs Linktree

Everything your link in bio does, and the clients you meet in person too

Your Nexus profile is a live link: put it in your bio, send it in a message or show it as a QR code, no card needed. When you meet someone face to face, they tap your card, save your number and send you theirs, so you know exactly who to follow up with tonight.

The short answer

If your customers ever meet you face to face, choose Nexus

Linktree is a strong link-in-bio page, with a free plan, selling with 0% fees on Pro and social scheduling on Premium. Nexus does the link part too, then adds what a business needs once a conversation starts: Save contact, Exchange so people send their details back, a paper card scanner, booking and payments on the profile, native CRM sync and an optional NFC card in PVC, wood or metal. Linktree's own pages don't list NFC cards, a two-way contact exchange or CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce. If you're only growing an audience online, Linktree fits. If you're building a client list, Nexus does more of the work for you.

Everything in Nexus

One platform to share, capture and follow up

Nexus isn't just a card and it isn't just a link. It's both, plus everything that happens after someone meets you.

  • Share without a card

Your profile is a live link. Send it in a message, put it in your bio, show the QR code or add it to Apple and Google Wallet.

  • NFC cards when you want them

PVC, wood or metal. One tap on any modern phone opens your profile, no app. Every card can be re-pointed later.

  • Capture every contact

Save contact, Exchange, lead forms, and a scanner that turns a paper business card into a contact in seconds.

  • Know who you met

Lead enrichment looks up a contact's company and role on the public web, with the sources shown.

  • Get booked and paid

Booking and Pay buttons on your profile, with meetings from Cal.com and Calendly tracked in Nexus.

  • Straight into your CRM

Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, plus Zapier, Make and webhooks.

  • Run it for the whole company

Brand templates, a card pool, approvals and offboarding, with single sign-on, SCIM directory sync and passkeys.

  • Private by design

No tracking cookies, no IP addresses stored, encrypted contact data and EU hosting. Arabic and English profiles.

Nexus is made by HexaFlow, a software company founded in 2019 with offices in Dubai, London, Muscat and Riyadh.

What's actually different

  1. 01

Your link online, and a card for the room

A Nexus profile works everywhere a Linktree does: your bio, a WhatsApp message, an email footer, a QR on a poster. Add a card when you want in-person sharing to take one tap instead of spelling out a URL. One profile, every channel. See the card range.

  2. 02

Conversations that come back to you

With Save contact you're in their phone in one tap. With Exchange they send their details back, so you have their name and number before they've left. Everything lands in one contacts list with notes and tags. Linktree focuses on collecting email and phone sign-ups for mailing lists.

  3. 03

Bookings and payments on the same page

Add a Booking card for Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google, Microsoft Bookings or Zoho Bookings, and a Pay button for Stripe, PayPal or Gulf providers such as Tap and Ziina. Bookings made through Cal.com, and Calendly on paid Calendly plans, appear in your Nexus Meetings dashboard and the person is added to your contacts. See pricing.

  4. 04

    Contacts straight into your CRM

Nexus syncs natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, so the person you met is in your pipeline before you reach the car park. Linktree's pricing page lists mailing-list integrations, not CRMs. More for sales teams.

  5. 05

    Analytics without tracking your visitors

Nexus analytics are built in, with no tracking cookies and no IP addresses stored, and contact data is encrypted field by field. Linktree supports third-party tools such as Google Analytics and the Facebook Conversion API. Read how we handle data on security.

When Linktree is the better fit

When Linktree is the better fit

You build an audience purely online, rarely meet people in person, and want a free plan, social scheduling or Instagram auto-replies. Linktree is made for exactly that.

When Nexus is the better fit

When Nexus is the better fit

You meet clients in person as well as online and want every introduction to turn into a contact you can follow up. Nexus gives you one live profile for your bio and messages, an optional card that opens it with a tap, and a contacts list that fills itself through Save contact, Exchange and lead forms. Add a booking link and a Pay button, sync to HubSpot or Pipedrive, and choose from 36 templates in your own brand colours. Starter is $5/month ($3 billed yearly); see pricing.

Questions people ask

Can I use Nexus without a card, like Linktree?
Yes. Every Nexus profile is a live link you can put in your bio, send in a message or email, show as a QR code or add to Apple or Google Wallet. The card is optional and makes sharing in person a single tap.
Can I keep my Linktree link?
Yes. A Nexus profile can hold any links you like, so you can add your Linktree page next to your phone, email, booking link and social icons.
Does Linktree sell NFC business cards?
Linktree's own pricing and about pages don't mention NFC cards, as of 11 October 2026. Some third-party sellers let you point their NFC tags at a Linktree URL. Nexus makes its own cards in PVC, wood and metal, and every card can be re-pointed to another profile.
Do people need an app to open my profile?
No. Tapping a Nexus card on a modern iPhone or Android phone opens your profile in the browser, and every card has a QR code too. You edit your profile in the browser and changes go live on every link, QR and card.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. One Nexus profile is free for good, with Save contact, contact exchange, links and a QR code. Paid plans start at $5/month, or $3/month billed yearly. Linktree’s free plan suits people who only need a list of links.

Share the link. Hand over the card.

Build your profile in minutes, share it anywhere today, and add a PVC, wood or metal card whenever you want.
