Nexus vs Blinq

A digital business card that books the meeting and takes the payment

You already know why a digital card beats paper. Nexus gives you the same live link, QR code and wallet pass, then lets people book time with you, pay you and send their details back from the same profile. Add a wood or metal card when you want the introduction to land.

The short answer

Choose Nexus when your card should win the next meeting, not just share your number

Blinq is a polished digital card with a generous free plan, email signatures and virtual backgrounds. Nexus matches the essentials (live link, QR, Apple and Google Wallet, NFC cards in plastic, wood and metal, native CRM sync, SSO and SCIM) and goes further on the profile itself: a Booking card, a Pay button for Stripe, PayPal and Gulf providers, Arabic profiles with proper right-to-left layout, and a company card pool you can reassign. Blinq's pages don't state booking, payments, Arabic support or physical card reassignment. If your card is where business starts, Nexus is built for what happens next.

Everything in Nexus

One platform to share, capture and follow up

Nexus isn't just a card and it isn't just a link. It's both, plus everything that happens after someone meets you.

  • Share without a card

Your profile is a live link. Send it in a message, put it in your bio, show the QR code or add it to Apple and Google Wallet.

  • NFC cards when you want them

PVC, wood or metal. One tap on any modern phone opens your profile, no app. Every card can be re-pointed later.

  • Capture every contact

Save contact, Exchange, lead forms, and a scanner that turns a paper business card into a contact in seconds.

  • Know who you met

Lead enrichment looks up a contact's company and role on the public web, with the sources shown.

  • Get booked and paid

Booking and Pay buttons on your profile, with meetings from Cal.com and Calendly tracked in Nexus.

  • Straight into your CRM

Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, plus Zapier, Make and webhooks.

  • Run it for the whole company

Brand templates, a card pool, approvals and offboarding, with single sign-on, SCIM directory sync and passkeys.

  • Private by design

No tracking cookies, no IP addresses stored, encrypted contact data and EU hosting. Arabic and English profiles.

Nexus is made by HexaFlow, a software company founded in 2019 with offices in Dubai, London, Muscat and Riyadh.

What's actually different

  1. 01

Book the meeting from the profile

Add a Booking card for Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings, TidyCal, Google, Microsoft Bookings or Zoho Bookings. Calendly, HubSpot and TidyCal open right inside your profile, and Cal.com and paid Calendly bookings appear in your Nexus Meetings dashboard with the person added to contacts. More for sales teams.

  2. 02

Get paid where people find you

A Pay button takes payments through Stripe Payment Links, PayPal or Gulf providers such as Tap, Ziina, Mamo, PayTabs, Telr and Thawani. Money goes straight to you; Nexus never sits in the middle. Ideal for consultants, trainers and anyone who invoices on the spot. See pricing.

  3. 03

    Arabic that reads properly

Nexus profiles come in Arabic and English, laid out right to left in Arabic, and the paper card scanner reads Arabic business cards too. Choose from 36 templates with your own brand colours and fonts. Blinq doesn't state language support on the pages we checked. See the templates.

  4. 04

    Company cards you can reuse

Company cards live in a pool: assign them, reassign them when roles change, block a lost one and replace it. When someone leaves, their card goes back to the pool and the company keeps their contacts. Blinq doesn't state physical card reassignment. More on Nexus for teams.

  5. 05

    Teams from three seats

Nexus Teams starts at three seats, with SSO, SCIM, approvals and CRM sync included. Blinq's Business plan bills per card with a minimum of five, and SCIM is on its Enterprise plan. See Nexus for teams.

When Blinq is the better fit

When Blinq is the better fit

You want a free plan that covers the basics, or email signatures and virtual backgrounds managed alongside your cards. Blinq includes both, and it states SOC 2 Type II if your procurement team asks for it.

When Nexus is the better fit

When Nexus is the better fit

You want your profile to do more than share contact details. With Nexus, people save your contact, send theirs back, book a meeting and pay you from the same page, and everything lands in your contacts and your CRM. Your card comes in PVC, laser-engraved wood or brushed metal, and your profile works in Arabic and English. Pro is $6/month ($4 billed yearly) and Teams is $8 per seat from three seats; see pricing.

Questions people ask

Can I move my contacts from Blinq?
Blinq lists contact export from its Premium plan. If you already sync Blinq to a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, connect Nexus to the same CRM and new contacts arrive alongside the ones you have.
Can I use Nexus without a physical card?
Yes. Every profile is a live link you can send in a message or email, put in your social bio, show as a QR code or add to Apple or Google Wallet. A card is optional and makes in-person sharing one tap.
Is there an app?
No app is needed to open your profile: a tap on a modern iPhone or Android phone, or a QR scan, opens it in the browser. You manage your profile in the browser, and keep it one tap away with the wallet pass.
Does Nexus support single sign-on?
Yes, on Teams: SAML and OpenID Connect with Okta and Microsoft Entra, and Google Workspace through SAML. SCIM directory sync runs offboarding when someone is deactivated, and you can require two-step verification and use passkeys.
Does Nexus have email signatures or a free plan?
Not email signatures, but yes to a free plan: one live profile is free for good, and new accounts get 7 days of Pro. Blinq includes email signatures. Nexus focuses on the profile, the card and follow-up, with paid plans from $5/month ($3 billed yearly).

Share it, book it, get paid

Build your profile in minutes, add booking and payments, and pair it with a PVC, wood or metal card.
