The short answer

For IT-led rollouts, Nexus puts the enterprise features in the standard team plan

HiHello is an established digital card suite with a free Personal plan, email signatures and virtual backgrounds for Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. Nexus focuses on control and follow-up: SSO and SCIM on Teams at $8 per seat/month ($6 billed yearly) from three seats, offboarding that returns cards to the pool and keeps the company's contacts, physical cards Nexus makes itself in PVC, wood and metal (HiHello says it doesn't sell NFC products), native sync with six CRMs, Arabic profiles and EU hosting. If security review and offboarding decide the purchase, Nexus is the stronger fit.

Everything in Nexus

One platform to share, capture and follow up

Nexus isn't just a card and it isn't just a link. It's both, plus everything that happens after someone meets you.

  • Share without a card

Your profile is a live link. Send it in a message, put it in your bio, show the QR code or add it to Apple and Google Wallet.

  • NFC cards when you want them

PVC, wood or metal. One tap on any modern phone opens your profile, no app. Every card can be re-pointed later.

  • Capture every contact

Save contact, Exchange, lead forms, and a scanner that turns a paper business card into a contact in seconds.

  • Know who you met

Lead enrichment looks up a contact's company and role on the public web, with the sources shown.

  • Get booked and paid

Booking and Pay buttons on your profile, with meetings from Cal.com and Calendly tracked in Nexus.

  • Straight into your CRM

Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, plus Zapier, Make and webhooks.

  • Run it for the whole company

Brand templates, a card pool, approvals and offboarding, with single sign-on, SCIM directory sync and passkeys.

  • Private by design

No tracking cookies, no IP addresses stored, encrypted contact data and EU hosting. Arabic and English profiles.

Nexus is made by HexaFlow, a software company founded in 2019 with offices in Dubai, London, Muscat and Riyadh.

What's actually different

  1. 01

SSO and SCIM without an enterprise contract

Nexus Teams includes SAML and OpenID Connect single sign-on with Okta and Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace through SAML, and SCIM directory sync, from three seats. HiHello lists SAML SSO and SCIM on its Enterprise plan for 101 users or more. See Nexus for teams.

  2. 02

Offboarding that keeps what the company owns

When someone leaves, their card goes back to the pool for the next hire, their profile is archived or forwarded to a colleague, and the company keeps every contact they collected. Deactivate them in your directory and SCIM runs it for you. HiHello describes removing access, not transferring cards or contacts.

  3. 03

Physical cards from the same supplier

Nexus makes the cards and the platform, so cards arrive ready to tap and go straight into your company pool. Choose PVC in full colour, laser-engraved wood or brushed metal. HiHello says it doesn't sell NFC products and lets you write your card to a tag you own. See the card range.

  4. 04

    Your data in the EU

Nexus hosts data in the EU, encrypts contact data field by field with AES-256-GCM and stores no IP addresses for analytics. Sign-in protection includes passkeys, required two-step verification and an email code for risky sign-ins. HiHello hosts data on Google Cloud US-Central. Read our security page.

  5. 05

    Wider native CRM coverage

Alongside Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics 365, Nexus syncs natively with Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and monday.com, and offers Zapier, Make and signed webhooks for everything else. More for sales teams.

When HiHello is the better fit

When HiHello is the better fit

You need branded email signatures and virtual backgrounds managed with your cards, you want a free plan for individuals, or procurement requires SOC 2 Type II. HiHello offers all three.

When Nexus is the better fit

When Nexus is the better fit

IT wants single sign-on and directory sync from day one, HR wants offboarding that keeps company contacts, and sales wants leads in the CRM. Nexus Teams gives you SSO, SCIM, approvals, locked brand templates and a reusable pool of physical cards, with native sync to six CRMs and data hosted in the EU. Your people get Arabic and English profiles, booking and payments on every page. Teams is $8 per seat/month ($6 billed yearly) from three seats; see Nexus for teams or talk to us about Enterprise.

Questions people ask

Do we need an Enterprise plan for single sign-on?
No. SSO and SCIM are part of Nexus Teams, from three seats at $8 per seat/month ($6 billed yearly). Enterprise is there if you need it, on request.
What happens to cards and contacts when someone leaves?
Offboarding returns their cards to the company pool, archives the profile or forwards its link to a colleague, and keeps the contacts with the company. If you use SCIM, deactivating the person in your directory runs offboarding automatically.
Is Nexus SOC 2 certified?
No. HiHello claims SOC 2 Type II; Nexus doesn't claim any certification. We describe our measures openly: TLS/HSTS, AES-256-GCM field-level encryption, hashed passwords, breached-password checks, passkeys, audit logs, data export and deletion on request, and EU hosting. See security.
Does Nexus have email signatures or virtual backgrounds?
No. If those are essential, HiHello includes them. Nexus focuses on the profile, the physical card, capturing contacts and syncing them to your CRM.
Can people open a Nexus profile without an app?
Yes. A tap on a modern iPhone or Android phone, or a scan of the QR code on the card, opens the profile in the browser. The same profile can be shared as a link or a wallet pass with no card at all.

Roll out with control from day one

Connect single sign-on, sync your directory, fill the card pool and lock your brand before the first card is handed out.
