NFC business cards for estate agents
Agents hand out more cards than almost anyone, and most end up on a kitchen worktop. Here is how a smart card keeps you in the buyer’s and seller’s phone instead.

Estate and letting agents meet new people every day: buyers at viewings, sellers at valuations, landlords, tenants and the solicitors in between. Each of them needs your number later, usually at the moment they can’t find the card you gave them. A smart NFC card puts you straight into their contacts with one tap, and opens a profile that does more than a printed card can.
At a viewing
Tap your card on the buyer’s phone as you say hello. Your profile opens with your photo, branch and direct number, and Save contact adds you to their phone. If they are not ready to save you, the QR code on the card works just as well from across the room.
- Link to the listing you are showing and to similar properties.
- Add a booking button for second viewings or valuations (Starter and above).
- Let buyers send their details back, so you know who was there and how to reach them.
At a valuation
Sellers compare agents. A profile with your recent sales, reviews and a clear next step makes a better impression than a card left on the table, and you can update it whenever you complete a sale. Because the card opens a live page, the same card keeps working when you change branch or role.
For a branch or a group
With Teams, every negotiator gets the same branded card and profile. The brand, office details and shared links are locked by the company template; each person keeps their own photo and number. When someone moves on, their card goes back to the pool and their contacts stay with the agency.
| Card | Price per card (incl. VAT) |
|---|---|
| PVC | £19.99 |
| Wood | £25.99 |
| Metal | £46.99 |
Contacts and data
Buyers and sellers who share their details are trusting you with personal data. Nexus keeps contacts encrypted, sets no tracking cookies on your profile, and can sync contacts to your CRM so they don’t live only on a personal phone. Our UK GDPR guide covers follow-up and marketing rules.
